We pride ourselves in hands on treatments at Able Physiotherapy, using a variety of treatment techniques such as Mobilisation, Manipulation, Trigger Point Release, Soft Tissue Release, Manual Traction, Soft Tissue Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage.

We also use Electrotherapy machines such as Ultrasound, Shockwave machines for specific conditions.

We also provide kinesiology taping to help alleviate pain and help muscles and joints function more efficiently .

We advise and put together exercise program to aid recovery and prevent injuries.

Relationships are important to us at Able Physiotherapy, as is continuity of care. This is why we ensure you are seen by the same physiotherapist from your initial assessment throughout. How do I book an appointment?

We will help you to choose the best treatment to heal your body. Talk to our friendly and experienced team on 020 8941 6997 or 07799 142 482 to explain your condition and book an initial consultation.

Appointments are available from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm on Saturdays.

Visit us at one of our 2 locations in Hampton Hill: Hampton Hill Medical Centre or the MiD. We also offer home visits if you prefer.

Able welcomes clients on a self-referral and health insurance basis. We are registered and accredited by all major insurance companies including BUPAAXA-PPPWPAPru HealthAVIVACIGNA and are an accredited Nuffield Health Clinic
