Therapeutic Massage encompasses elements drawn from a wide range of styles.  It can involve soft tissue manipulation, passive stretching, joint mobilisation, acupressure, effleurage, petrissage, friction, tapotement and the use of fingers, thumbs, elbows, palms and forearms.
